In July 2025, over 200 frontline union leaders from across the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions gathered for the 2025 Union Delegate Conference (UDC). Our goal: to build power, deepen organizing skills, and prepare for the fights ahead. Delegates tackled urgent issues like immigration, Medicaid cuts, and the impacts of unchecked tech and AI on our jobs. We learned from each other on how to enforce our National Agreement to win better outcomes for workers and patients through Joint Staffing and PSP.
Together, we recommitted to holding management accountable, defending our communities, and organizing for a stronger future.
