Performance Sharing Program (PSP)

The Performance Sharing Program (PSP) is our opportunity to earn more for the incredible work we do and to share in the success we help create for Kaiser Permanente. It’s a recognition of our value and worth to the organization, rewarding us for delivering quality care and meeting key goals. Our new 2024-2027 PSP strengthens this commitment with:

  • Higher earning potential – Minimum payout of $1,200 for meeting goals, up to $3,750 if both performance and financial targets are achieved.
  • Streamlined goals – Set for all four years, ensuring the best chance at full payouts.
  • Accountability – Regular and transparent data reporting so workers stay informed.
