AI at Work: See Something? Say Something.

From documentation tools to AI transcription and new monitoring systems, new technologies are changing our workplaces fast. Some of it can help. But when it’s rolled out without workers at the table, it can mean:

  • Cutting corners on patient care
  • More surveillance
  • Pressure to work faster
  • Jobs being deskilled or even eliminated

Let’s be clear: we’re not against technology. We’re fighting to make sure it’s used in a way that supports patient care and respects workers.

Print and post this flyer in your work area and share it with your coworkers.

Our Coalition National Agreement gives us protections, including a voice in workplace changes and access to retraining through EISA.

But those protections only work if we know what’s happening.

If new technology is changing how your work is tracked or how care is delivered, we want to hear from you.

Your input helps us:

  • Take action locally and nationally
  • Protect patient care and working conditions
  • Track trends as we prepare for 2027 bargaining

Technology is already changing how we work, and it will continue to shape our jobs in the years ahead. Now is the time to ensure workers have a voice in how it’s used.
