2026 Union Delegate Conference

In May, 300+ frontline union leaders from across the Coalition gathered for the 2026 Union Delegate Conference (UDC).

Grounded in our vision for a healthcare system where frontline workers have the power, respect, and unity to shape decisions impacting service and care delivery, leaders focused on building for the future ahead.

From staffing and PSP to AI, organizing, and Coalition growth, one message was clear: partnership is the strategy—not the goal itself. Our power comes from 90,000 union workers united across professions, regions, and locals. When we act collectively, we set the standard for what partnership can deliver and what strong workplace standards look like.

Together, we recommitted to growing a movement that puts people before profit—one capable of winning the strongest contracts, holding Kaiser accountable, and ensuring every worker and every patient is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
