The annual Frontline Skills Development Institute, a Coalition union-sponsored conference, brings together more than 200 front-line union member activists for two days of skill-building, networking and work planning. Drawing members from our union locals across the country, the FSDI includes union stewards, chief stewards, contract specialists, labor liaisons, Total Health labor leads, Workplace Safety Labor Leads and Union Partnership Representatives.
