The Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions is committed to investing in frontline leaders. Through conference and convening opportunities, we support learning, leadership development, and skill-building that strengthens our unions and our movement.
Each year, the Coalition sets aside funding to help affiliated unions participate in conferences that align with Coalition priorities and advance our shared mission.
Limited discretionary conference funding will be distributed proportionally. This approach balances equitable access for every union, representation based on membership size, and flexibility to support strategic Coalition priorities.
